As a goodwill gesture, Promod offers to the Customer, at the end of the legal right for withdrawal, an extra 16 (sixteen) days to return the products ordered on the website. In this case, the returned products must be unworn, in their original packaging and, for postal returns, with the return form duly filled in (or if it is impossible to print it, the order number, references and reasons for return written on a piece of paper).

Returns costs will be paid by the Customer (unless it is due to our error). The original delivery charges will not be refunded.
In the case of a return, an email shall be sent to the Customer to inform them of the refund credited to the bank account of the credit card or Paypal that was used to pay for the order, according to the payment mode selected upon ordering.
The receipt provided by the post office is to be kept and shall be provided in case of a claim.
Return to a Promod store:
It is possible to return the items to a Promod store within a 30-day period from the reception of the goods. Kindly bring the return form with you. The store will deal with the return to the warehouse and you will be refunded by transfer to your bank once the package arrives in the warehouse. That may take several days.
Please note, the Promod store cannot refund the article(s) returned to the store!

Exchange on the website:
For every order and as a sign of customer goodwill, the Customer benefits from 15 (fifteen) days from order confirmation with free delivery valid for their next order with the code ECHANGE (the delivery mode being equivalent to the one chosen for the initial order). Thus, upon reception of their package, if the Customer decides to exchange an article, they can place a new order immediately, without waiting for the processing of their return and refund.
