Payment can be made by credit card.
We accept the following cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your account is debited 5 to 6 days after the bank transaction is registered.

How payment is secured
To ensure secure payment, the website www.promod.com uses the secure payment service Hipay. This service includes the secure norm Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
That means that your bank details do not circulate freely on the internet and never on the Promod.com website. That is why we request that you provide your credit card details every time that you place an order with us.
Your bank requests you to validate your payment on your bank application, how to do this?
When you confirm your order, you will receive a code (3D Secure) that you must enter on the Promod payment page.
Your bank will also send you a confirmation request that you must also validate:
- either by another code to enter in the application
- either with a digital fingerprint (smartphone application)
- either clicking on OK, or Validate, or Authorise the transaction
