Standard home delivery using the postal service 

Your delivery arrives within 4 to 8 working days depending on the country and exact address that you gave in the delivery phase of making your order. Please see below our delivery costs table for the exact cost and delivery date according to the country. 

If you are not available to receive your order on the delivery day and the size of your mailbox does not allow for the parcel to be placed in it, then you will receive a note requesting you to collect your parcel from a pick-up point before a specified date. If you do not collect your parcel within the designated date, it will automatically be returned to our depot and you will be refunded.

As soon as your parcel leaves our depot, a weblink will appear in your space «My account», under «Track your orders» : simply click on the link to track your delivery through the different stages.
