Don't worry,simply send us, written out on paper, your order number, the references of the items returned and the reason for the return.
You have 30 days from the date of reception of your items to return or exchange them. The item must be unused, in perfect condition and still with its labels attached.
Please add your return note to your parcel (found under the section "Where can you find your invoice and returns slip?"). Please send the items to the following address:

Please note that the return costs are at your charge. We refund you the amount of the item(s) returned using the same payment mode that you selected when ordering, within 14 days from the date of our reception of your parcel in our depot.
Please keep your proof of dispatch of your return parcel until you have received your refund
Please wait 14 working days after reception of your returned item(s) in our depot.
If, after 14 working days, following reception of your parcel in our depot, you still haven't received a refund, please contact our customer service department using the contact section of our website.
Kindly advice: Remember to include your order number and proof of return when you send us an email so that we can deal with your request more quickly and avoid unnecessary emails.
